My most recent tattoo is the formula for compound interest. It’s my daily reminder that growth is exponential—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It ties into my philosophy of getting 1% better every day. Small steps, big impact.

If your ink could speak, what would it say? “Powerful. Unique. Feminine.” My ink is my armor and my anthem—bold, intentional, and deeply personal. Each piece reflects resilience, transformation, and a journey of owning who I am.

I’d use it to expand my mission—helping people take back their health, one habit at a time. Through coaching, community, and wellness education, I want to inspire others to transform their lives the way I did. This isn’t just about fitness—it’s about creating a movement.
